    The centric location and room rate was excellent along with...

    The centric location and room rate was excellent along with it being quite place to stay and rest. It would have been nice to have continental breakfast. As per the information online there was no coffee maker, and no pans for kitchen, disregard unless I read information I incorrectly.

    No hot water in all 8 rooms we reserved.

    No hot water in all 8 rooms we reserved. They did not reserve the rooms we paid for. They didn’t give us any breakfast due to “renovations”. We asked for a refund. They wouldn’t give it to us. Some of us had to take a cold shower in the dark because the bathroom lighting wasn’t working. Toilets and floors were sticky. Sheets weren’t clean. (I admit the Bed was comfortable) We had a large group and they didn’t have enough beds to accommodate us so they had to send several of us to a different hotel. I wish we all would have went, but the other hotel didn’t have enough space last minute.. 💀

    The staff was great, the room was clean, everything was good with the exception being our of your control. We had a late arrival and when calling the Hotel the phone lines were down.
