The buffet had unfilled food items.

The buffet had unfilled food items. Two stations ( ice cream and pasta) had no worker at counter. Food line had empty food items. Several salad dressings were empty and dressing had run down the sides. No one kept anything clean. I had a slice of turkey and rolls and it was 35.00 a person.!!! Had zI been able to check it out first I would have walked right back out. Pillows were so high they were very uncomfortable...but room was very clean and nice. We chose to stay there to celebrate our 33 wedding anniversary and wish we hadn't. Was going to have our anniversary dinner at their steakhouse..but decided to celebrate at our favorite steakhouse at home where we know the food is good. We had fun in the casino...but won't stay again.

These Alleghenies are beautiful with their quaint towns and different but still beautiful landscapes around every corner -making driving difficult unless you have eyes of a chameleon...i don't so I get a bobble head effect going on...just in slow motion...great for a motorcycle! Unfortunately this trip I chose to travel when a possible record setting cold snap hit the region...as well as much of the US...so outdoor activities had to be kept very short....oh what's that I just dropped...nothing -my ear just fell off...nonetheless I like this area...regardless of the season...Salamanca is a convenient location right on the i86.....with food fuel and rest right at the end of the exit ramps...easy off and easy on...like slippers..

    We ate in the restaurant.

We ate in the restaurant. Didnt have time to go to the buffet. I remember it was really nice. We are coming in on Aug 20th for my birthday and hope to make it to the buffet. Once i figured where i was going it was okay. The elevator kind of stumped me going up to my room.

Very very friendly valet lady at night.

Very very friendly valet lady at night. She and a guest helped me with my car for I hit a deer and my right side of car was badly damaged. You couldnt ask for anything better! They both were beyond helpful at 2 am. Staff is friendly and helpful

The room was very comfortable and clean. We didn't visit for the casino, just a location close to totality for the 2024 eclipse. The hotel had an eclipse event, which I thought was awesome that they offered it. We did not attend because we had other plans. It fulfilled our needs and was clean and comfortable.

The room was very impressive, probably comparable or better than some notable 5 star hotels, much better than average chain hotels. From door to shower room to hallway, they used a very high quality materials and the hotel's indigenous themed design was comforting.

I was looking for a hotel for one night to relax on the way. The place was perfect and surprising. Moreover I have learn a bit about the Seneca. The view was also great.

A very luxurious hotel in the middle of nowhere. Prices are decent as they expect you to spend all your money in the casino. Don't!!!
