It is a really nice area for a couples weekend or girl/boys trip. Helen is likely the most fun if you're a drinker and it is Oktoberfest, which Helen celebrates from Sept to Nov. The mountains make for beautiful views and there are several waterfalls in the area if you enjoy hiking. The heating in this cabin is insufficient (and I suspect the cooling is also) due to one small AC unit tucked up near the second floor ceiling.
