I can’t spend enough words for describing how hydilliac the location is, nestled at the feet of Mt Snow, on the side of the beautiful lake. The views from the rooms is incredible. The building is newly and completely renovated , the taste of all the decoration , colors, furniture is amazing in every detail , featuring alpine backdrops and elegant, country-chic style. Exceptional cleanliness in every areas, the common area displays such a comfy environment with tables, couches , the pool table and a huge monitor to watch any sort of movie/series. Technological tools such as the keypad on the room doors and the sound machines available for all guests complete this amazing scenario where the remarkable kindness, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond from the manager Lisa makes you feel like home or even better. The feeling is to actually being spoiled as Lisa’s warmth and attention to any needs from the guests is met. The free breakfast with genuine and delicious products was definitely a plus. We will come again for sure!

    Me and other half use to visit on a yearly basis before...

    Me and other half use to visit on a yearly basis before Covid to view the foliage but mostly for the Flea Market's. We normally would stay in a hotel near Brattleboro VT. This time however I decided to make it more personal and glad I did. The Magic Cottage in South Newfane is the most amazing, most beautiful land with glacier scars left behind from the last ice age makes this land a very special place and just nestled in the Green Mountains with waterfalls and crystal clear rivers it makes you wish you never wanted to leave. The Newfane Flea Market is fabulous one of my favorites be sure to visit the beautiful hand made ceramics you will love them as I did. The town is small and very liberal in fact diversity in VT is welcomed the state proudly supports any hate related speech of any kind especially to discrimination. More and more communities are finally waking up to the violence that’s been spreading through hate speech or hate related crimes in any way. If you come to VT make sure to stay at the Magic Cottage on 3 O’Neil road in South Newfane only problem you will have is having to leave.
