Stockbridge is charming, the Rockwell Museum and grounds are worth a trip. Good location to visit all of the Rte 7 Berkshires from the VT border to CT. Best food found in W.Stockbridge or Lenox and best shopping Great Barrington and The Mount, Botanical Gardens and Mt. We love Tanglewood which was the whole reason for our trip.
We love Tanglewood which was the whole reason for our trip. Alta is a great restaurant but we also enjoyed Firefly and the new brewery in town. The area is very easy to navigate. There are various musical venues to explore. The Ostrich room at the Apple Tree Inn was fun and the Berkshire Gardens has different music every Monday night.
