    It was a sad experience the breakfast was poor. eggs...

    It was a sad experience the breakfast was poor. eggs everyday filled with water, No sausage, or sausage link, no croissants, no herbal tea. ridiculous. The maid did a poor job cleansing the rooms were never swept. Had to pick up a third towel everyday although I reminded them that it was three adults i the room. The beds are too small.

    If you are looking for brands at low prices, Sawgrass Mills...

    If you are looking for brands at low prices, Sawgrass Mills is the place. You can find most brands like Puma, Ann Taylor, Carters, Ross and Target. It´s easy to go around once you understand the mall map. We took an Uber to Riverwalk, only 20 mins away and had the most amazing Pasta and dessert at Louis Bossi´s, the best ever! We also had a small boat ride on the downtown side of the river and a small walk around, perfect day.

    The freebee service was exceptional.

    The freebee service was exceptional. It allowed access to various locations within Sunrise and made additional funds available for shopping and dining, as a result of reduction in transportation costs. The drivers made the experience even better with their communication, and friendliness.

    The hotel is close to Sawgrass Mall but not quite within...

    The hotel is close to Sawgrass Mall but not quite within walking distance. During your stay, it's best to use Uber if you don't have your own transportation to move around; it's quite reliable, cheap, and quick. Don't expect too much help from the reception staff as they aren't very attentive to guest's needs. Some reception staff could do better and maintain a more welcoming attitude. The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping does a good job maintaining cleanliness.

    The freebee was the best.

    The freebee was the best. The restaurants visited has deteriorated. Visited the Red Lobster, Burger King in the Sawgrass mall was the worst as they gave me a chicken burger when I ordered shrimp. Outback food has really deteriorate.

    I liked the accessibility to top shops and restaurants. The cheesecake factory is a good place to dine. I enjoyed Saturday brunch. Everything one would like for their vacation was central. Uber rate was also very affordable.

    Quite close to Sawgrass Mills mall. Nice size room with two tv"s but only one pilot. Nice wiev over a pond with a water fountain. A pool we did not use. Breakfast with waffles that we fried ouserselves. No drinking water. No meat. The Hotel looks great.

    Very nice hotel close to the mall. It was about a 30 minute walk to the Amerant Arena which was fine in the daylight. However, after the hockey game finished it was dark and felt quite isolated walking back as an away fan.
