staff were helpful _ I booked through Booking .Com on the way there and found out when I arrived that I had booked (or Booking .com made an error) a week in advance. The desk person was very helpful (but we were both helpless) to try and get the date changed. Don't use Booking .Dot Com! You end up paying for both dates if you make an error! Anyway we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities for the hotel and the price was very reasonable. (Booking.com's rate was honored). The room was very comfortable, bed was fine.
