Comfortable King bed. Large room. Ice machine not working. TV did not work but the staff and my husband worked on it for thirty minutes to get it to turn on. Curtains were hooked together and would not open. Also coming loose. Taped broken glass in window. I booked through Booking.com and it stated to pay at hotel. I then received an email from OYO say I had to pay something to keep my confirmed reservation. I tried to follow it but a code was never sent. When I arrived the desk help stated I had to pay extra for a service fee. I showed them my confirmations and the OYO email. After several minutes of rude discussion, they agreed to the confirmation price.
