We had a spacious room on the top floor, The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were high quality. Excellent bathroom and shower. We were a little surprised that the included breakfast was not served in the inn, but in a cafe owned by the same people just a half block away. Breakfast was very good. The TV wasn't functioning properly, but the staff responded is less than five minutes and fixed the problem.

I wasn't able to stay for the breakfast but my overall stay was very pleasant. I will return to experience another night there. Just wish I couldn't hear all the footsteps above the room I was staying in. It woke me and my husband up. Other than that no complaints.

    Ventnor city is nice but I would never ever recommend...

    Ventnor city is nice but I would never ever recommend Tranquil Haven . It was horrible. Bed caved in, no smoke alarm and no carbon monoxide detector. I would like to receive a full refund or a partial refund. We stayed one night and then booked a hotel room for the other three nights.

    I thought the room was well designed and thoughtfully appointed. Bed was comfy, though the sheets, pillows and quilt cover were all old. Those could surely be replaced. Nice bathroom, shower with ample towels. It was great that the inn provided beach towels, chairs and beach badges which had to be purchased but $$ was returned upon return of badge. Great breakfast just down the block from the Carisbrooke. Loved that coffee, water, chocolate chip cookies were available in the entry living room. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

    The location is excellent. It’s great that it has parking. It’s very close to the beach, and WaWa, and an ice cream shop! The amenities are top notch. We were so impressed with the outdoor area with seating and all the things you need for the beach-an umbrella, chairs, and boogie boards plus a wagon to take them in. The bathroom was perfect with a large walk in shower and generous amount of towels. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a laundry machine that came in handy. The owner is awesome and made us feel very welcome.

    The location fit our needs. Close to the boardwalk for biking and close to the beach. The manager came quickly when we reported that the air conditioning was down. However, it was not repaired all week. The apartment was well stocked and clean. We were happy to see sheets and towels were provided, We are the type of people who like to turn on a TV to basic cable. Samsung cable offered lots to watch, however.
