My room was larger than I had expected, with four Windows, a large desk, and plenty of room for luggage. The room was soundproof, the street was quiet, and I slept well. In addition, the hotel has a public laundry room, you can buy laundry powder at the front desk. by the way: Breakfast is simple but enough. I give it a 10 because this hotel totally lives up to its price and even goes above and beyond.

    I was there for an event; so I didn't get to explore the City. However it seemed like a historic countryside, with beautiful old buildings and plenty of rural green scenery. I would like to come and explore another time.

    This is a small hotel and only 17 rooms.

    This is a small hotel and only 17 rooms. It was clean, the other folks at the hotel were respectful and quiet. There's no breakfast and if you need a blow dryer, bring it with you. It's centrally located and you can easily get to a restaurant or have something delivered. If you just want a comfortable place to lay your head at an affordable price, it's perfect!

    Front desk staff was friendly throughout our stay, coffee was available in morning as well as breakfast, there was the indoor pool and fitness center as well both spacious enough. Close to many restaurants and gas stations. 15-20 minutes from MGM Springfield. The water in shower stayed hot. Quiet for being near so many fast food and restaurants. The residents or locals seemed nice when you enter town.

    The room have been updated recently, though still not to a level comparable to name brand hotels. The mattress was nice and firm, so I got a good nights sleep. The owner was very friendly at check-in. The early morning check-out was easy, just leave the key card in the room.

    As a traveling insurance inspector from Laconia, NH this was a great regional spot for two quick overnighters to handle the Springfield region. It was quiet by 10 and the staff was execeptionally friendly and gave me many good options on finding local resturants to go to.
