Brand new hotel with very nice shared spaces, functional and well appointed, spacious and well decorated. Nice staff. Good breakfast replenished as needed. Parking (costs extra but very reasonable) is super convenient. Hotel feels safe. Great neighborhood restaurant within easy walking distance.

Breakfast was typical of a hotel...we're just yogurt people. The dining and lounging areas were excellent, but we had a busy stay with graduations and parties and did not get an opportunity to use them.

    Our hotel was next to a fairly busy street, but the A/C unit provided lots of white noise and the rooms were at the back of the main building so we were not bothered by any noise. A 2 minute walk to the park on the bay, which was super nice. Shopping and some restaurants across the street and plenty of CVS and Dunkin Donuts stores
