    This was the nicest hotel in the area.

    This was the nicest hotel in the area. It was very clean and conveniently located. My husband is in a wheelchair and he had no problem maneuvering around in our room. The room was spacious, and the amenities were great! The room had a (real) coffee pot, Refrigerator, dishes, & dishwasher. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

    The only issue was the clerk at check-in was not familiar...

    The only issue was the clerk at check-in was not familiar with third party billing and apparently unversed as to how to locate a reservation conducted in this manner She wd not allow me to check-in stating my credit card did not match the card used to book. I only have 4 major credit cards and she said “no”to each one which was very frustrating due to my reservation email showing one of these numbers ; she refused to view the email notifying her superior who promptly corrected the situation.. The rest of the staff was totally over the top with Hospitality There were zero other issues.
