Terrible experience from the second I walked in.
Terrible experience from the second I walked in. Not given the room I booked and charged a smoking fee when we didn’t smoke in our room. Cancelled out room keys without warning or communication of any kind and threatened to kick us out in the middle of the night if the room smelled like smoke. That’s a guarantee if you turn the A/C on. Heavy stale smoke smell from the A/C unit when running. Charged $391 for 1 night because it was a business trip and we needed SAFE accommodation. The owner who yelled at me as I walked in and said he went thru our belongings until I started recording. BEWARE OF ROOM 207! You WILL pay a smoking deposit and be treated poorly the second you walk in. We were in shock with how things happened there! We felt like we were just scammed!Guest review byVan Laanen - 8.0

I like to watch the railroads, and Willmar is a major point on the system there are lots of restaurants to choose from and they are all on one main road Willmar has one main 'drag' which has all the food/shopping on it - so it's easy to locate a place to eat or shopGuest review byPeterUnited States

I really liked that there are restaurants connected to the hotel. The rooms were clean and you had the option to open the windows. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited but adequate.
