free room upgrade to a suite was a plus. king size bed was comfy but not too keen on the full pillows. traffic was noisy and the main entrance could only be accessed with the flow of traffic. later, i noticed a side gated entrance but it was never opened for guests. jacuzzi didn't work and the pool wasn't a heated pool. breakfast was available but there were too many people and too little sitting areas. despite some small complaints, it was a very good stay and comfort level was high. good price for the area. Didn’t like our stay here at all.
Didn’t like our stay here at all. Whole area was dodgy and didn’t feel safe at all. Floor in the whole place was sticky. Advertise they will call you a taxi when you leave. Guy refused to call us a taxi and gave us the number to call ourselves after we told him that it was offered in our email. After a hour we finally got a taxi to take us to the cruise terminal.
