You have a pleasant and helpful staff. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient; they are ready to go to any length to help customers. The rooms are very comfortable and rooming. Free Breakfast: with a good variety of options. And the dedication of the breakfast attendant in ensuring the food was replenished and the area was clean was excellent. The location of the hotel was great and essentially, more modern than those nearby. Unfortunately, those are the only positives I would call out. The breakfast selection was very good but very dry both days. Cleanliness was very questionable as all the bath towels had some type of stain on them and the coffee maker had not been cleaned out from the previous customer (there was a used Keurig cup still in the chamber). The soap dispenser had fallen off the wall and the toilet dispenser was barely hanging on. None of the plastic cups in the room were sealed in in plastic. The coffee choices were not refilled from the previous customer with only decaf available.Guest review byJackUnited States - 8.0
We love Wylie, Texas .
We love Wylie, Texas . Our son and daughter in law lives there so we visit as much as possible. Wylie is close to all the area big cities you need to travel to , easy to get around in and had all the things you need.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
Very nice area lots to do.
Very nice area lots to do. We went to Magnolia and the Dr Pepper Co. not that far of a Dr. Wylie is close to Dallas so there is plenty of shopping close by and museums and the zoo is close. GREAT POOL OUTSIDE WITH FIRE PIT. THEY HAD A NICE GYM. VERY CLEAN and new! IT WAS ON A MAIN STREET WITH MANY STORES AND RESTAUANTS, BUT SET OFF TO SIDE . THe staff is great while the breakfast is good, but not enough healthy variety, especially for children.Guest review byBelindaSpain
