The property is located in a gorgeous area just outside Sapa busy centre - it has excellent views and a swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable. There was a great selection for breakfast and dinner and the food was great. The coconut coffee is one of the best we’ve had! We accidentally left something behind and Huyen was kind enough to post it to our accommodation in Hoi An and checking in with us to make sure we had received it.

We had an amazing stay in Sa Pa, Rex and Rose were very helpful and friendly! They helped us by booking a trekking and taxis to the city and the Fansipan mountain. The room was very clean and confortable, the breakfast had good options and the restaurant was excellent, with great prices and fresh food, we certaily recommend this place. The location is 25 minutes far from the city center by car/taxi/motorbike, it was great to know the local community. The neighborhood has restaurants, stores, markets and cafes that you can walk to.

The amazing Mrs. Tsau took care of us from the first moment we arrived, we took the cheapest room, the view is amazing, excellent value for money, a restaurant with very good food and affordable prices. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Best place to stay in Sapa ! Avoid the town, very touristy, very crowded, very expensive prices as well! At Amica House, stay with the family, have family dinner, go on a trek with the son, talk to them at night to know better about the culture. I stayed 5 nights, could have stayed longer. The food is incredible, the room have such amazing views, like the entire house. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely unforgettable stay at eco farm! The staff were extremely helpful and kind always wanting to help. This made us feel very welcome and at home, especially the business being family run! The bungalow itself was spotless, the facilities were perfect (great AC, mini fridge, hair dryer, robes, towels). The beds were both very comfortable and we slept well all 3 nights! Our favourite part was the balcony attached to the lodge with the most beautiful view! We used the pool countless times which was very clean and overlooked the mountains. Water, tea, coffee all provided regularly throughout. The host Hanh was extremely accommodating and was a pleasure to spend time with him and his family. We had breakfast and dinner in their restaurant which was execeptional. We were constantly provided with additional fruits and wine to try all free of charge. Hanh was also very helpful for ordering taxis into sapa town, which was approximately 15 mins away from eco farm. We truly had the best experience and cannot wait to return one day!

The outing in Sapa was amazing. Luckily the weather was very nice. I am very satisfied with the service, price of Arista Homestay, parking, free wifi. Host and staff are enthusiastic and friendly; Nice room, view of terraced fields, valley, mountains. I like the aroma of pine wood in the room and the hot pot of salmon, salmon salad, grilled chicken and sticky rice. If I have a chance to go to Sapa, I will come back to Home.

My room was big, spacious, clean and perfect to work in when I needed to work with my laptop. Also, I enjoyed that the hotel wasn't downtown. Coming from hanoi (busy city) it was nice to have a calm moment. This hotel is a bit far from downtown, so you'll either need yo get a taxi or rent a motorbike if you plan to visit the big city of Sapa. Although, if you are looking for a calm place, surrounded by real locals, exceptional view of the mountains and getting wake up by roosters instead of motorbike honking, this is the place! Good restorant by walking, exceptional spa too by walking. I did not regret once staying there for 3 nights. Also, Cap (the guy working at the front desk) was super nice and helped me with all my concern. Plus it was fun to chat with him about anything and everything. Thank you Cap!
