Cam Rahn is the gateway to the International airport.
Cam Rahn is the gateway to the International airport. Although the place is now in renovation of the streets and all, it might take sometime to complete those projects unlike Nha Trang which is well developed already. You won't experience much of the Vietnamese culture by staying in Cam Ranh, it is very touristy (many Russian and Korean tourists) and there is not much the see in terms of sightseeing; one temple and one shrine. Nevertheless, because of the tourist aspect, the facilities are good and there are many restaurants and shops. I would recommend visiting this place in combination with a resort stay, if not two days are enough to see the highlights.Guest review byRolandNetherlands - 6.0

The beach is nice just in front of the hotel- in the other areas, it's dirty and not well maintained. The restaurants are just in the hotels and very expensive. The Cam Ran Resort was a unique experience I would recommend...
The Cam Ran Resort was a unique experience I would recommend to everyone who would like to relax and enjoy life. From the A-Z the service was spot on and all services have been a solid 10 from 10. With the location setting and the daily Yoga classes I was able to recover from a long and hectic year in only 7 days. The variety on Food reaches from Western (US/European) to local Viet Cousin, everything on a level that it authentic, which you find rarely. I have stayed for 7 days straight in the Resort and have not missed anything. Reading on the beach was as joyful as watching Ghibli Movies in the Resorts own Cinema as listening to the band play at night in the Restaurant. Strengthening the local community with work and supporting artist, you feel a true happiness people bring towards you. Something I have not experienced before. Overall I would rate the Resort/Hotel one of the best stay I have had in my entire life.Guest review byBenjaminGermany - 10.0
