The staff was the best I have ever seen specially Jenny, Lovy & Felis. They were extremely supportive and welcoming. I really felt like home and the credit goes to those individuals. The location was great as well in Old quarter near to many shops and restaurants as I expected.

The staff and facilities were incredible, esp. considering the price and location. I was in a group of 7 and the team made us feel at home. We had two separate bookings due to a trip in between to Ha Long Bay, and they made the entire booking and check-in/out process extremely seamless and stress-free.

Amazing Accommodation Experience! The room was clean and comfortable, of top-notch quality. Everyone in the group was very happy! Breakfast was delicious; it would be even better if they had Vietnamese coffee. The staff were incredible, very friendly and courteous, and enthusiastically introduced local attractions to us. We liked the location and appreciated small pool on the roof. But the real gem of the hotel is its stuff. We were able to leave extra luggage for few days before we checked in and also been able to use the pool and showers and towels while waiting for our very late flight back home. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is super.

The bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, and besides being hectic outside the room was in complete silence. Super nice staff specially the ones from the spa. Amazing breakfast.

Our stay for four nights was even better than expected. I did chose a room with a verandah and my two friends chose an interior room. My room was spacious, light, and clean. It had a sofa, two chairs and table. The breakfast was very good and omelettes made to order delicious. Marcie and Tracywere friendly and helpful. I would stay again for sure!

The location is perfect for exploring the old town centre. The staff (Jenny, Louis, Leo, Peter) were very helpful with recommendations of places to see and eat. Also Fiona in the hotel spa was great. We had very good massages. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and was served in a very beautiful dining room. From the rooftop terrace you get the most beautiful view of the sun setting above the city
