Since the day we booked, the host was writing to us to arange everything. When we arrived the staff made a very warm welcome and explained everything about Hanoi, where to go, what to visit, where to exchange money with good rate. The room was very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. We tried also the breakfast and was good. We went in Halong bay for 2 nights and the staff was very kind to keep our luggage there when we came back. When i come back to Hanoi i will definitely choose again Eliana Hotel.

The staff and facilities were incredible, esp. considering the price and location. I was in a group of 7 and the team made us feel at home. We had two separate bookings due to a trip in between to Ha Long Bay, and they made the entire booking and check-in/out process extremely seamless and stress-free.

Could not have asked for a better hotel. Classy, beautifully decorated, great food, stunning views, rooftop dining/bar and centrally located. But what made it most memorable were the people. The staff at GM Premium were an absolute standout! Every staff member we met was friendly, kind, attentive, helpful and ready to impart great local knowledge and recommendations. Vui, Chris, Lee, Tim, Gary (along with the chefs Mike & Thien, porters and cleaning staff) were all so good to us and we enjoyed coming "home" each day after venturing out on our many adventures.

exceptionally friendly stuff, amazing breakfast, quite location but in the middle of an Old city! would definitely go here again. we had to change a hotel because of extension of our trip, they even offered us to pay for a taxi to the different hotel! so sweet!

The location is perfect for exploring the old town centre. The staff (Jenny, Louis, Leo, Peter) were very helpful with recommendations of places to see and eat. Also Fiona in the hotel spa was great. We had very good massages. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and was served in a very beautiful dining room. From the rooftop terrace you get the most beautiful view of the sun setting above the city
