A Pleasant Stay at Ngoc Hoa Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ngoc Hoa Hotel, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and value for money. Location The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, away from the busy streets, which provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It’s ideal for those who seek a calm environment to unwind. Although it’s a bit off the main tourist routes, it is still conveniently close to local attractions and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Room The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the décor was simple yet tasteful. I particularly appreciated the privacy of the room – it had a private balcony and a soundproof design, ensuring a quiet and restful stay. There was also a mini-fridge . Service

Upon check in Anh & Daisy were very helpful & accommodating. We arrived early & they were more than willing to allow us an early check in. Our room was an Ocean View Deluxe Suite King on the 13th floor. The staff had decorated our room & gave us a delicious cake for our anniversary which was just such a beautiful touch. The room was very spacious, with a walk in wardrobe, 2 toilets, a large bathroom with a bath & double hand basins, bedroom, lounge room & balcony. The housekeeping staff do a very thorough job of cleaning the room & also come back for a turn down service later in the day. We found the bed a little firm for our liking, this was quickly rectified with a mattress topper. During our 4 night stay, we dined at several of the restaurants on site. They were all excellent, including the breakfast offering, which would have to be the best hotel breakfast we have experienced in our travels. The grounds & gardens are beautifully maintained & lovely to walk amongst & look out upon. There are several pools, however we spent most of our time at the infinity pool on the 16th floor, as it was a little cooler up there due to the breeze. The pool attendant & also the lifeguard at the beach, would even lay the towel out on our sun loungers. We made use of the well equipped Gym, which also has a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle into Hoi An, however we didn’t make use of it, as we wanted to make the most of the hotel & facilities whilst we were there, including the beach. We were very sad to be checking out today to continue our travels, we would have stayed longer if we could have. I can’t imagine a property being more perfect, the absolute highlight though, was the staff. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile & a Xin Chao & couldn’t do enough to help us.

Everything in Hoi An is perfect. Everything is clean, everything is beautiful, and the beach is lovely. There are only Chinese guests here, which means no one is on the beach. No one is at the pool. You may have as many towels as you desire. The breakfast is absolutely extraordinary. Everything is calm. Everything is beautiful. The Chinese guests are at the casino — but, of course, you are not. So you are simply enjoying the pleasure of being at a resort. And although the resort is quite large, it is still possible to walk from one part to another. I myself was transported by a golf cart. Furthermore, there are complimentary shuttle buses into the centre of Hoi An, which is certainly worth a visit — or, if you prefer, to Da Nang. Or even to the airport, should you wish to arrive directly here. This place is truly worth visiting.

Great hostel to meet people! Facilities are great, there is a lot to do (can recommend escape room and massage) and the hostel is clean. Location is great and free cycle rental makes it even easier to get around. They have everything from rooftop and amazing breakfast to pool.
