I only booked one night at Avana Retreat for my boyfriend's birthday, as he needed a relaxing getaway—and the hotel absolutely delivered. It’s a true haven of peace. I visited during the winter, and while the rice fields might not be as lush and green as in the summer, the stunning landscapes still took my breath away. Plus, the off-season meant fewer tourists, allowing us to fully recharge and enjoy the privacy and tranquility we were seeking. My boyfriend tried the Avana Waterfall massage, and although it’s a budget, he said it was the best massage of his life. The rooms are luxurious, and we loved spending the night there. If we had more time and a bigger budget, we would have stayed longer. I also attended the Rattan-weaving workshop, which I really enjoyed. It’s included in the reservation, and I really appreciated doing this activity. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond by preparing a birthday cake for my boyfriend. It’s those little touches that make a big difference. I highly recommend Avana Retreat—it’s perfect for anyone in need of relaxation, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service.

amazing views, you will weak up and go to sleep with the sound of a waterfall 🤩. breakfast time with that views is absolutely great. the staff is always smiling and ready to help you. You should know that it’s a bit far if you want to go to town(around 30 by motorbike) but good if you want to do trekkings around the rice fields and be outside of the crowds. entrance a bit tricky, but other than that, great place 🤗

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but we still really enjoyed the beautiful location. What I loved the most was the large, stunning garden with a pool – it was truly a highlight. The owner kindly offered to show us around the area and shared lots of interesting information. Even though we communicated through Google Translate, it worked perfectly, and we really enjoyed the trip :-) During dinner, we were offered a taste of the local “happy water,” which added a fun and authentic touch to the experience. We definitely recommend this place!

This place is located in a beautiful place, I was with them for a week, and it was like staying with family. They took care of me as if I were part of their family, I picked chilli from the field, I went for a walk with grandpa and they took me to the waterfalls. Everything incredible. I will repeat for sure. Maybe the meals are a bit expensive.. But is worth it. Everything is delicious!!! :)

Everything was perfect. Such a peaceful environment. The staff were all amazing and friendly. And the dinner that was cooked for us was the best meal we have had in Vietnam. The value for money was incredible. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend ❤️ The owner is really very hospitable, kind-hearted, helpful and kind, She makes everything for your best stay. Bungalow is very clean, comfy and has strong hot shower. The place around is breathtaking, beautiful nature and people. She is also amazing cooker, we have noodle soup here and it was definitely the best food ever, So you should have here some homemade food. On Saturdays you can enjoy dancing and singing. Fantastic location in the middle of rice fields with breathtaking views from bungalows over the valley and the mountains. Friendly and well trained staff proud of history of their little folk (tai). Free bikes any time of the day and excellent choice of meals for breakfast.
