The location was my favourite, as it was far enough out that there were only locals in the area and close enough so you could go into the French Quarter when you wanted to. The breakfast was delicious Vietnamese cuisine, in a beautiful setting. The rooms were spacious, modern and cleaned daily. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, I would go back just for their immaculate service!

De Syloia is a breath of fresh air if you're coming from a few nights in the Old Quarter. It's a quaint lovely hotel with aesthetically done decor in the room and the bathroom. We had a comfortable four-poster bed and an interesting slice-of-city view from our balcony. We were booked in room 404. The housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning up our wine glasses and french press too. They kept the room exceptionally clean. This is the one hotel that serves a full continental spread for breakfast, so if you'd like a break from the Pho, this is a welcome spread for breakfast, along with some well-brewed cappuccinos. The staff was also helpful and prompt with all our requests. They even helped us get a cab to the airport at a more reasonable rate than Grab Taxi. They really took care of us. Thank you, De Syloia.

Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.

I had a fantastic experience at Minasi Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location is also very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. What really made my stay special was the service. Eva at the front desk was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and gave me great recommendations for places to visit nearby. Thank you, Eva, for your kindness and hospitality! I stayed at Luxury Place Hotel during my trip to Hanoi and honestly, it was such a great choice. The location is right in the center, super convenient — lots of food, cafes, and fun spots nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and had a comfy bed plus a little balcony with a nice city view. Everything looked new and stylish. The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. After a long day exploring the city, it felt amazing to come back and relax here. Definitely staying again next time I’m in Hanoi!
