The hotel was amazingly beautiful. It is the best hotel i have ever stayed in, and I've traveled a lot. The breakfast was the best ever. Ambiance and design amazing. Easy access to Mount Fansipan with station under hotel. Views from hotel, the funicular and cable car amazing.

Mr Kim was so very helpful and gave us sightseeing advice. The breakfast was very good and all staff were pleasant and helpful. We would definately recommend this as a place to stay. The guide that was organized for our trek was great and everything ran like clockwork even our shuttle to the train station.

The view from the roof bar, the quality of the service from the staff. In particular the duty manager Ok Nguyen and Tuoi were exceptionally helpful. The room was very modern and had a huge bathtub. I also appreciated the location, which was very central and only a few minutes walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is not just a place to stay, but a real corner of paradise, where every moment is filled with comfort, attention and impeccable service. The hotel itself is a work of art. Situated among picturesque mountains, it offers views that are simply breathtaking. Every morning began with me waking up, enjoying a panorama that is impossible to forget. I have never seen such silence and purity of air anywhere. The feeling that you are in the heart of nature, where even time slows down so that you can enjoy every moment. The hotel staff is a special pride. Professionalism, care and attention to detail are simply amazing. Each employee sincerely strives to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, from simple advice to more complex requests. You can immediately feel that they are truly proud of their hotel and love their work. I can’t help but mention the spa treatments — it was a real relaxation for the body and soul. The massage I received not only relaxed me, but also left me with a feeling of lightness and peace. Everything was impeccable: from the decor and atmosphere to the professionalism of the therapists. You can feel that there is a lot of experience and attention to each client behind this. The hotel grounds are not just a space, they are a whole world that you want to dive into again and again. Walks in the garden, relaxing on the terrace, a cup of coffee with a view of the mountains — all this creates a unique atmosphere of peace and harmony. And, of course, I couldn’t help but mention the hotel’s cuisine — the dishes are always hot, delicious and beautifully presented. We ordered food to our room, and every time it was a real gastronomic delight! It is truly rare when the food in a hotel is so delicious and fresh.

Great location and friendly staff. What you see in the photos is what you get. Will definitely be checking in to Eden Hotel on my next Sapa trip.

But what I liked the most about the hotel was the location - the hotel is located above the valley and has a beautiful view of the rice fields into the valley. It is located approx. 15 minutes walk from the center and offers, among other things, the possibility of renting a scooter - a perfect option for exploring the place and its surroundings. The breakfast was excellent and I also appreciate the possibility of early check-in (with an additional fee).

Julie was absolutely wonderful. She helped us with everything from booking tours, ensuring our transfer picked us up from the right location and really making sure our trip was the best it could be. We stayed at the bamboo sa pa hotel as part of our honeymoon trip across Thailand and vietnam and this has been our favourite stay so far! The hotel is beautiful and the service was absolutely wonderful.
