A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. The breakfast was magnificent and we also enjoyed the spa facilities that it was beyond anything that we tried till now. If you will be in Sapa that’s the hotel you have to treat yourself. Really nice hotel, with nice people, well placed near to the lake but without having all the noise and lights from SaPa center. The breakfast is really good and varied with a nice terrace. The owner is also really nice, our room has been upgraded, and the last day, even after the check iut, he has let us take a shower after our hiking day before we take the bus. 10/10

The hotel is so clean, beds were comfy and spacious. We booked into the spa and had a lovely experience with us being provided with a discount on our treatments. The staff were so helpful, the receptionist Mr. OK provided us with complimentary breakfast when we checked in for the following morning. Stunning view of the mountains from the rooftop bar. Location was good only a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk to the main street. Staff provided us with a handmade bag as a leaving gift upon checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel, you can tell immediately right from the lobby and the concierge that this hotel was something very special. The place was decorated tastefully and beautifully, the room was very clean, as well as big and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mr Steve who was manager of the breakfast dining hall for his excellent service and equally excellent team ! Staff was amazing making sure that we were happy all the time. We arrived before check-in time and although the room was not ready they immediately offered the use of all the hotel and facilties. The room was great and the breakfast was a dream. Absolutelly perfect
