Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Good standard, great place to stay before the flight, as it is close to the airport. There was only one funky thing: the big neon is blinking like crazy the whole night and I saw this in my room, though the curtain. Nevertheless, I went to the reception to inform about this issue and they turned it off immediately, so it was not a problem.

A wonderful stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel. Room was upgraded, clean, airy and well maintained. Nice room with view and balcony. What impressed me the most was the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and especially the Pho was outstanding and left a great impression. Rooftop feature and outdoor swimming pool with a beautiful view, surrounding by greenery and blooming flowers, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere..Definitely return on my next visit Hanoi! The ladies at reception were so kind. It rained and the grab drivers did not want to fetch me. They sat with me and called the drivers for me. They were very accommodating.
