The staff were amazing help before, during and even after our stay. We arrived very late and this was no worries. We left our bags here while doing the loop and upon arriving back to collect our bags, we were offered a room to change and get ready. One of the friendliest places you will find in Cao Bang. The staff are all amazing and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can, even using Google translate if you don't speak Vietnamese. My stay here was for 5 nights and I also stayed for 8 nights in the sister hotel just 50mts away. The hotel is very close to many stores including both Vietnamese and Western foods. Only about 5 mins and you are in the heart of Cao Bang. The room was very comfortable with a large 4k UHD Tv and aircon that works perfectly in Vietnams heat.

The most amazing accommodation I had a real pleasure to use while my journey to Vietnam! Beautiful 50 years old building with traditional rooms, bamboo walls, vintage decorations and old instruments. Gorgeous flower-full terrace with a view on town below, where we could eat meals, drink coffee or rest after the day full of adventures. If you are looking to taste the true style of Vietnamese home, this should be your first choice. On top of that, I have to say that it was the first time I met such a great and helpful host, who became our guide and friend at the same time, sorting out our problems, ordering special Vietnamese dishes and showing us surrounding areas. There is an option to rent a scooter, which is great, as the nearby attractions are not walking distance away. Strongly recommend this place, if I could give more stars, I would definitely do so!
