Great location and great staff! From the second I got there the staff were very accommodating, location is great for cuc Phuong national park and the bed and room were super comfy! The food was amazing! I even forgot my charger and they got it sent down to my next location an hour away by the next morning. Amazing service and can’t wait to come back !

The property is very comfortable and the hosts are helpful, welcoming and friendly. It feels brand new, and the bedroom is large and clean. There is a seperate games room with a billiard table. The meals are delicious - we breakfasted and had dinner there for the three days we stayed. The accommodation and meals were excellent value. We were very pleased we had booked here rather than at the park where the accommodation looked tired. The bikes at the property were perfect for exploring the area and riding the short distance to the national park.

The bamboo restaurant, the lake and our moutain view room was so suprisingly. Our treatment by the FO and Housekeeping team couldnt be more better, We would love to stay here for our next Ninh Binh visit!

A little place a bit further away from the usual spots of tam coc/ cuc phuong/ The owners were super friendly and helpful with arranging transport and dealing with any requests (especially sorting transport out). The place was very clean and was about as value for money as you can get in these parts.

Great location to visit the parc. Lovely house with great pool. Beautiful nature surroundings. And most of all the host is so nice. I was sick and she agreed to make me some white rice at 10 in the morning even though she really did have no obligation !! We loved this peaceful place

The villa itself was a good standard. Spacious and although the chairs and single beds a little uncomfortable generally the decor was well done. The pool outside is nice and clean but for some reason they have all the pools facing the road rather than what will be the lake. I had the number of someone from the villas on messages and they were helpful and responsive when I asked specific questions. The resort will be nice when it's complete The location is quite close to the park It was wet, cold and windy when we were there and the villa was a good place for us to relax when there wasn't anything else going on The main restaurant is pretty spectacular but gets cold when it's bad weather. The food and service was good but menu is very limited. There was a good bolognese that our fussy kid was happy with. The fish was exceptional. The spa bath/onsen was clean and relaxing. But there is no real changing rooms
