Breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient for sightseeing. The staff was extremely friendly, giving us maximum support in finding places to visit, booking cars... I felt like family. I was very impressed with Thuy, she is a staff member with a huge amount of knowledge about the local area as well as Hanoi people.

The hotel had a great central location, the staff were incredibly helpful, smiley and well-informed at all times - they gave us on arrival a crib sheet of good and recommended restaurants, which we used and were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble and no matter what we asked for we were accommodated with relevant service/information
