Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes — from the iconic Table Mountain to stunning beaches and vineyards — the city feels like a natural wonder on its own. The food scene is incredible, with a mix of fresh local flavors, international influences, and some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. What really makes Cape Town special, though, are the people. The waterfront is a great location to be based.
The waterfront is a great location to be based. Visit the penguins and Cape Point are worth it. You have to do Robben Island because of the history but they could do it so much better. Bit underwhelming really. Got to do Table mountain but really would recommend fast track as we waited 3 hours to go up after being told it was one and a half! Cape Town is a very nice and clean city, easy to move around though you can get stuck in traffic during peak hours. The V&A Waterfront is always a great place to hang around with so much to see and do. The highlight for us and especially my 3-year old grand daughter and 8-year old niece was the visit to the Aquarium, it was the most amazing experience and of course the boat ride on the waterfront.Guest review byVuyiswaZimbabwe
