We had 3 weeks holidays in South Africa crossing the country by car and staying in many places. But when I asked my family what was the best accommodation, the Black Rock was on the top of the list. The Two-Bedroom House is spacious and very well equipped. Wood for BBQ was prepared before our arrival. The ocean view from the bedrooms and the terrace is amazing.

If you are looking for peace and quiet during your stay, coupled with extra classy hospitality, you are in perfect hands with Lindie. She really cares about the well-being of her guests and provides support even in situations that were beyond her capabilities (due to a cab drivers' strike with unrest, it was impossible to continue the journey)

Lovely cottage on the hill a bit outside of coffee bay! Has everything that you need! Lovely owners and yummy breakfast with a view! The close-by beach is absolutely wild and beautiful! The hike to hole in a wall is a must !!!! Thank you Steve for a wonderful stay!

    Hole in the Wall is a small seaside town.

    Hole in the Wall is a small seaside town. It is a very beautiful area with some beautiful walks. It is perfect for a rustic family beach holiday. There are also lovely areas to drive to. Unfortunately we found there to be a lot of litter around; broken glass can be particularly hazardous. One must plan to take take all necessary items along as there are no shops anywhere close by. It is possible to buy fish from the local fishermen; there are some bakeries and spaza shops around.
