We havn't been in the area for about 2 years and the town and surrounds have been very well upgraded.The town is so clean. We visited the falls - very safe and clean again. Also the museum - we will go back as we only had 20 minutes and could have spent longer there! Bierfassl for meals, especially their Eisbein. Piggly Wiggly for a wide variety of goods. Chocolate haven. Lakeview Cottage for the best ever accommodation. There are just too many to mention. Howick and surroundings nice and clean, lots to see in neighbourhod of Howick eg. Midlands meander.
