This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were ALL absolutely lovely, helpful, friendly and attentive. Our room and every single space we visited were all spotless. The breakfast was delicious and the lunch/dinner menus had plenty of variety (although I did order the prawn linguini twice because it was so good). Modern pools, great gym, lovely spa. We will definitely stay here again. It is a short Uber ride away from town, main attractions, and about 20 minutes from the airport. There is underground parking available but we didn't need it. There's a lovely walking track around the golf course. Can't rate this place highly enough.

    We were strongly advised not to go out at night and even during the day it is risky. Our hotel did have a shuttle to a mall. Johannesburg is a great jumping off spot for all of Southern Africa and I may go back. The tour to Soweto we took was very interesting as was the Apartheid Museum. Kruger National Park is relatively close by and has amazing wildlife.

    The city is lovely, especially if you want to shop around. Especially at Small street and Carlton Center and the China mall were you can find everything, from traditional clothes to household furniture and products, the street food was excellent was all traditional South African food👌

    Sandton is where I'd recommend visitors to stay. Affordable and reliable transport facilities - Gautrain, Bolt, private transfer services. I use BSD Shuttles. Nelson Mandela Square is a must; and Every shop you could ever want is at Sandton City ; along with a host of accommodation options to suit all budgets.

    Wonderful hotel with a great restaurant in a fun, safe area of Johannesburg. It is right on the border of a hopping, upscale mall with great food and fun shops. Extremely safe area. Staff was always helpful and genuinely wanted to be in the hospitality field. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

    I really enjoyed shopping.

    I really enjoyed shopping. The malls are great and with a variety of outlets, offering many varied shopping options. I also enjoyed fine dinning. Excellent cuisine in Johannesburg. Many different types of restaurants offering all types of cuisines to meet global expectations from global citizens. The Mall of Africa, Sandton City, Gold Reef. The list is endless! Car hires easily accessible at reasonable prices, Uber and Bolt provide other options for easily moving around and about.

    This was the best possible start of my stay in South Africa! The Guesthouse is very comfortable, situated in a peaceful garden and located in a safe neighborhood. Also great that they have good gas heating and reliable electricity in the room. But the real gem is the owner, Conway, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout and gave me so many good tips and insights into life in Johannesburg. I could not have wished for a better start in South Africa.

    Das Hotel war super! A new concept that really makes sense! After traveling for 10 days in South Africa I run out of clean clothes. On my arrival I could use their washing machine and dryer. THE HOTEL IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED 👌. Also the rooms provide you with all the necessities including kitchen and household equipments. The location amazing! Plus Gym, which was essential to me. I felt like home 🏡. Thanks 😊
