The rooms were so comfortable, and the views out to the ostriches, buck and zebra every morning were unbeatable. We sat in the jacuzzi while it rained outside (it is covered) which was so special. The hosts were SO accommodating and kind, which we really appreciated. We have already booked our return trip.

We saw many animals and it was absolutely beautiful. The food was great, the service was lovely and everything was organised. Spa was lovely (extra charge if you're only staying a night).

Great location close to Aquila Safari, super clean & comfortable room & bathroom, fresh breakfast, very nice service! Unfortunately the weather wasn't propice to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool & view.

Close to Aquila - unfortunately not really near anything else so not sure how you’d stumble on this place if you’re not day tripping there but it was quiet and enjoyable. There’s a nice pool area, good restaurants on site for dinner and breakfast, helpful staff, small shop for supplies. Room is comfy with AC etc.

I wish I could give 6 stars! We felt very lucky to find this little gem in the Karoo, with the most beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Really a highlight of our trip and great family time spent together along the fireplace and beutiful view behind while sipping a cup of tea and lovely wine. The staff was really helpful and kind in navigating us and recommending walks around the reserve. They went above and beyond for us to enjoy our stay, thank you again!

The Lodge was ideally situated for our visit to the Aquila Game Park. The staff were delightful, kind, polite and helpful. The Lodge has a swimming pool. It also has secure car parking. Our room and bathroom were attractive, very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Tea, coffee, milk and a kettle in the room.
