The trip was with wonderful the place looked exactly as the pictures, the place is clean and fully equipped in terms of cutlery and that made everything about the stay awesome. The animals coming to visit anytime was also a 100%.

Marloth is an amazing place to go visit.

Marloth is an amazing place to go visit. Everything you need is within the park. The local butchery is a must stop for steaks, dry wors and biltong. The water park and eatery were a great treat for the kids and our group. The people were extremely friendly and the local wildlife that came to visit our house and the kids could feed them with the food on sale at the gate or any of the other shops in the park. We hope that the area will get rain soon as all is very dry after nearly two years of drought. The upside is you get to spot the animals easier.

It was a treat to have game visit your doorstep any time of day. Enjoyed the view of different types of wildlife all around the park. There's a variety of food areas just slow service in some of the establishments but good food especially at the Bos restaurant. Enjoyed the spar in the park which came in handy with forgotten items.

Marloth is essentially a residential area in the bush - there are many houses that are privately owned, as well as hotels / lodges / B&Bs. Apart from the main road which is tarred, all the other roads are dirt, but accessible in a car. As you drive you will spot kudu, giraffe, warthog, impala, bushbuck, guinea fowl and numerous other species. We travelled in winter, so the area was dry, however, many houses have troughs for the animals to drink form and guests / residents purchase feed for the animals to enjoy in their gardens - no houses appeared fenced, which was great as this allows the animals to move freely through the area. We also did not note any animals in poor condition - they appeared extremely healthy. Guests can enjoy walks through the area and there is a trail running along the Kruger fence line, along the Sabie River where bigger animals can sometimes be spotted, and is a great spot for a sundowner as there are benches. There are restaurants to dine at and a Spar for self catering needs. There are curio shops and play areas for children. A wonderful place. It was also great to see that the residents are working on restoring the habitat. Go! You won't regret it - what an experience!

1.Quiet huge place and houses booking are much affordable, it's just nearby activities that mate be bit expensive. 2. They must consider not charging for water park entrance if someone book for more than one night or have one free access into water park for every 2-night stay.

The location was great; +- 30 minutes from 2 Kruger National Park gates. It's also close to the shop in Marloth Park in case we needed to get anything last minute. The space in the house is amazing, and there was plenty of room to relax, whether inside or outside. It is 3 stories, although we didn't use the top dining area much. The house had everything we needed in terms of crockery, cutlery, etc. The animals came close enough to view, and the pool is big enough for dipping, sitting, and relaxing.

The place was very beautiful, mordern, clean and everything is still very new. The bed was very comfortable. There are animals that come over to visit and it is close to the crocodile river fence where you can go and watch animals. Ikigai@4617 was exceptional. Will be visiting again soon. I can't even say it's value for money. It is actually cheap for how the place looks. Absolutely stunning house and cottage.

A great little place in a good location inside Marloth Park. Marloth Park itself can get very busy but the house is far enough away from the main roads and just a short walk the fence where the Crocodile River runs. The house was clean but missing one or two small items. Beds were comfortable. I love the no noise rule so it keeps it as a proper bush experience.

An oasis of peace in the middle of the bush of Marloth Park just outside of Kruger National Park with all ammenities needed and an outstanding host who cares about everything. Possible feeding of semi-wild animals like kudu, warthog or impalas from the balcony while preparing a braai 🤩

The house has an excellent location in Marloth Park, which is close to amenities. We loved the boma area that is close to the pool. Many animals visited us while we were relaxing in the evenings.
