Absolutely Wonderful Stay! This unit was everything we hoped for—modern, stylish, and incredibly private. It was spotless and equipped with top-notch facilities that made our stay super comfortable. Everything was just above and beyond expectation from arrival to departure. This is not your ordinary hotel, but a very personalised boutique hotel where you are being treated like a truly welcome guest. Very nice Spa experience, super attentive staff and owners and delicious breakfast. The icing on the cake is the convenient location near PLZ airport (just a 3 minutes drive). We would happily return to Nova Hotel any time.

The hotel is a very nice location in Port Elisabeth (which is a horrible city, but you may be forced to stay there) in a safe area, with very nice views from the room. The restaurant is very good and breakfast was excellent. Customer service was excellent too we had an issue with our credit card, which was stolen in the CBD and the manager accompanied us to the police and helped us enormously to file a complaint (thank you so much!) The parking is spacious and the room was huge, the shower was great with very good heating regulation. The garden and pool are very well maintained.
