We enjoyed the company of our tour guides who took us to Isandlwana and Rorke's Drift and explained the battles that took place. Mphiwa Ntanzi and Douglas Rattray were so informative that it felt as if you were reliving what had transpired so many decades ago.
Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Dinner were at Fugitive's Drift.
So much food, that a person was putting on weight :)
A standard vehicle can get you around Rorke's Drift, but it would be better if a person had a 4x4.

Interesting place to go for its historical significance but otherwise no other reason to visit.
No electricity in the museum when we went there - staff could have said. Not much knowledge or interest coming from the museum staff.
Asked about a guide and was just told 'No'.
