This property cannot be beaten when it comes to its amenities, service, staff and beautiful grounds. As a frequent traveller I can say this is one of the best properties I have stayed at. The staff’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really make it feel like a home away from home. It’s amazing that they manage to provide the best service in all their offerings from food to the spa everything was excellent!

    For the foodies - you are just spoilt for choice with...

    For the foodies - you are just spoilt for choice with incredible restaurants all over the town. Beautiful vineyards, exquisite wine farms, you need a month to really see and do it all! Recommendations: hire e bikes and go for a ride. Jonkershoek reserve is magnificent. Incredible restaurants: Fat Butcher, Asta, Vendetta to name a few. Wonderful stores and everything so conveniently located.

    This was a stunning little hotel, within 10 minutes (very safe) walking distance from the centre of Stellenbosch. We stayed with our adult daughters and their partners. We all thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful luxury and beauty of this hotel and of course, the town. Very much looking forward to our next trip back here.

    I had a wonderful stay at Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel & Spa! The location made it incredibly convenient to experience central Stellenbosch. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was comfortable, quiet and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel oozes charm and character—highly recommended!

    No breakfast as it is a self catering apartment. The location is excellent very close to shops and the countryside with vineyards everywhere against a backdrop of mountains is stunning. Really enjoyed our short stay in Stellenbosch. Will definitely stay at Vilaroux if we ever visit Stellenbosch again.

    Very clean with all one needs for a stay. Was ideal for the night we needed to be in Stellenbosch. Safe undercover parking. Easy access instructions. Very nice appliances. We didn’t need to cook but the kitchen very well equipped. It a student block and very central.

    Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Stellenbosch. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Bed extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. This is however not a 5 star hotel. It is 4 star at best.
