Everything. Helene, the hostess, is a wonderfully bubbly lovely lady running one hell of a nice property..it's neat and tidy. It's clean and well maintained and OMG Helene's breakfast omelette makes the stuff turned out by these wussy Michelin starred chefs look like amateur offerings. Stay there and feel the love. The accomodation was amazing. It is a great location in Kleinmond directly at the Waterfront. We enjoyed the view over the ocean so much. We're the house is located it was very quiet. Not many people were walking by, so it is a great stay to rest. Close by you can start a nice walk through the cliffs by the Waterfront and there are some very nice shops, coffeeshops, restaurants and bakeries close by. The house itself is lovely and very clean. It has everything you would want and need even a great space for a Braai.

I don’t even know where to begin describing the wonderful experience my family and I had staying at VillaChad Guesthouse. The hosts were incredibly attentive and communicative, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely flawless. The property stands out for its impeccable taste in decor and the organization of the spaces, featuring spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. The breakfast, lovingly prepared by the hosts, was another highlight, making each morning a delight. The surrounding area is full of attractions, and the R44 route is an absolute must-see. I highly recommend VillaChad Guesthouse to anyone and can’t wait for the opportunity to return, hopefully for a longer stay to enjoy even more of this fantastic place!

Amazing, nice, cozy neat house, equipped with everything you need for life. Super design! A lot of self made things, the house is full of soul. we’ve enjoyed to stay there, it’s a place where you can relax and forget about all worries. All Wood work in the house made by owner and all little details that surrounds you made by his wife. 10/10!

Super friendly welcome! Everything was clean and comfortable and refreshing. Kitchen had all the necessities, as well as an indoor braai facility. Awesome outdoor area to admire the fynbos and birdlife. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Would definitely make a detour to go stay there again. The owners/staff were just the nicest people, with great local advice. Really lovely people

We received a very warm welcome from the most wonderful hosts. The room was small but very cozy and spotless, as was the bathroom. From the terrace we enjoyed a lovely view across the neighborhood, reaching all the way to the ocean. On the other side of the terrace, the Kitcheria offered an indoor braai, plenty of kitchen utensils, and thoughtful extras like instant coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and rusks. We slept incredibly well with the sound of the waves in the background and woke up feeling refreshed. This was our very first stop after more than 20 hours of traveling from Berlin, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our first two nights. The penguin colony and the beach are both just a 5–8 minute walk away. If we ever return to this region, we would absolutely love to stay at Penguins Nest again.

Beautiful location, really lovely holiday rental. Lots of different lounge/relaxing areas inside and out, kitchen well stocked, great BBQ area, beds & bedding were so comfortable, stove / oven / fridge-freezer / microwave etc all modern and worked well, entire property was clean & charming.

    We didnt see much of the area as my partner played golf on...

    We didnt see much of the area as my partner played golf on the Sunday and I had to work (on my laptop in the room and also on the patio), so we only saw a bit of Sunny Seas on the Saturday afternoon when we arrived and the Monday morning when we left. We definitely want to come back when we devote a weekend to exploring the town and the beaches.
