Our stay at Lookout Safari Lodge was unforgettable! Our family unit was beautiful, with two separate bedrooms, each with a private bathroom—perfect for comfort and privacy. The modern yet authentic decor added to the charm. We loved our private garden and pool, and the best part was being right on the fence bordering the bush. From our camp, we spotted a cheetah, giraffe, wildebeest, jackal, and kudu—an incredible experience!

The hotel itself was wonderful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options were great and the alcohol prices were very cheap. Our room and the location exceeded all expectations. We had an exceptional stay at Halali. Our room and en suite were much bigger than we anticipated. Beautiful, clean, luxurious. It had excellent air con that kept us cool even on extremely hot days and nights. The pics we saw beforehand didn't do it justice, it exceeded our expectations. The breakfasts were superb as were our suppers. The chef was very welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate tricky allergies. All of the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Peter, the manager, is quite likely the best host we've ever had. He even came out late one night to check on our lights, and warn us of a potential storm. We had a great game drive. Saw so much, and for the very first time saw Golden Wildebeest, which are very rare.
