In the most gorgeous position on the coast with very attentive staff wanting you to have a relaxing time. The room was outstanding with everything thought of. Dinner was incredible out overlooking the ocean. The food was honestly outstanding!

The rooms were fantastic...but it was the people who made the stay SO very amazing. We'd checked out of the Salt Rock Hotel...just around the corner...due to horrendous service and had to find last minute accommodation. My only concern is that I didn't go to Fairways first. I will definitely return!

Breakfast was excellent, the place and surroundings are beautiful and the hospitality and service was beyond what you can ask for. A bit close to the traffic noise from the N2 is the only negative aspect but perhaps only a problem when listening for birds outside really.

    Tinley Manor is a bit too far out from SaltRock and Ballito.

    Tinley Manor is a bit too far out from SaltRock and Ballito. Unfortunately, there are no shops at all in Tinley Manor, so you have to drive the 20minutes to Salt Rock to get supplies. There is 2 restaurants in Tinley manor - We only went to the blue door - which was nice. Saying that, the beaches were nice and quiet. If you are looking for a quiet place away from all hustle and bustle, then Tinley Manor is for you. If you are a foody and like going out for lunches - Unless you don't mind the drive - then I wouldn't suggest Tinley Manor.

    I recently stayed at this amazing holiday house, and it was truly breathtaking. The sea views from every room are even more spectacular in person than the pictures can convey. The house itself was exceptionally accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Both the owner and the house caretaker were incredibly helpful and kind, which greatly enhanced our stay. This property is truly a 10 out of 10. The location is fantastic, and the house is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything you need. I will definitely be returning in the future.     The most beautiful home in a tranquil setting with breathtaking views of the sea and estuary. Chad was very hospitable and helpful, professional welcome and a detailed tour of the home. It was an unforgettable weekend getaway. The design of the home, entertaining area, cleanliness were beyond expectation.
