Ratchy Condo was lovely, it was quiet the pool was usually empty and there are 3 pools so you could easily find somewhere quiet. The security guards were great and very helpful. It is close to the town and there is a 7/11 across the main road only 5min walk away. The room was cleaned every 2 days. Really nice place to base yourself as away from the main city and close to the beach which was a 15min walk. If you do want to go to a really nice beach there is a military base nearby with the most amazing beach.

Perfect in every respect especially if you have kids. They loved being situated right by the poolside and gave it a resounding 10 out of 10.

Wonderful apartment! The rooms are very large, bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Everything very clean. The view (29th floor!) is absolutely breathtaking! Very convenient location for the central Phatthaya beach, the Night Bazaar, the Central Mall and other shopping centers and quiet room (thanks to the height). The photos are absolutely truthful (the apartment, the swimming pool on the terrace, the view, gym etc.). The very kind owner provides all the useful information and can always be contacted via Whatsapp. Wonderful stay!

Breakfast was not included. Property is excellent only issue was with the check-in, we arrived early but the guard did not allow us to wait in the lobby, the behaviour was rude.

The property is an excellent location access to absolutely everything. The local taxi service AKA BOLT is super cheap. Alternatively you can use local transportation for only £ 0.25 😁😂👍. Inside the property they will find anything and everything you need 🥰
