Good location, 5 min walk to restaurants and bars, 15 min walk to the beach, 55 mins drive from airport. The swimming pools in the complex are great, there was a gym but I didn't use it. The cafe was surprisingly good, with really god quality lunch meals, we went there most days.

I am on a special diet for health reasons and my biggest concern is having a functional kitchen. Of the places I have stayed in the south of Thailand this one had the most well equipped kitchen. It is also located a quick walk from a not very crowded lovely beach paralled by a quaint little street with a very local feel of street merchants, restaurants, massage shops and more.
