The staff were welcoming especially Ahmed (I hope I got his name right) at the front desk. The short bald waiter at the main restaurant was also spectacular. And the bar man at the blue bar was very friendly and helpful. They also gave me us a room upgrade. There spa was also nice, Fatima was of good help, I had the Ramsis program.

Their service was extraordinary Islam ... Yousef ... Hosam ... Salah ... Ali... they made me feel like part of the family and supported me with anything I needed. It's very safe, and they’re always attentive to you. My wife felt very comfortable and secure. Ubers could easily reach the location, which made transportation easy. They even let me wait in a separate room after check-out while I waited for my flight — at no extra cost — since there were still many hours until departure. The view of the pyramids is stunning; even from the bathroom window, I could see the Great Pyramid of Khufu in the background. Everything was clean and well-organized, and if you need anything, they’ll get it for you. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Without a doubt, I would stay with them again. Thank you for making us feel so warmly welcomed in Egypt — you’ll always have a place in my heart.

Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea - Adults Friendly 16 Years... We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.
