There were no insurmountable situations for them, and the most important, they were proctive in finding and offering solutions. Even if you had a special request.

My stay at Hotel Matts was exceptional - the staff was nice and helpful, the room was beautiful, clean and minimalistic and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The hotel is also right next to the metro station, so travel was very easy.

And ghe breakfast had separated options of gluten-free food Also we could do an early check-in with breakfast (for a price) and a late check-out The hotel is cozy and has everything you need from a big branch hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I loved, how the arena and the hotel are in the same building. This made it easy to enjoy the concert in the arena and get back to my room safe and sound.
