Words cant describe how we felt but i ll try me best.
Everything was amazing, you don't come here to stay in a hotel you come here to stay with your fijian family. I've never met such welcoming and loving people. We extended our stay just because it was too hard to say goodbye and we were not the only ones who decided so. They sing and dance every night and treat you as they treat their family. The activities are super fun, we were swimming with up to 15 sharks, spear fishing and hiking to watch the sunrise. On Sunday they invited us to their church service which was such a nice experience. The food is really tasty and always fresh and they always have some traditional dishes, not to mention the kava ceremony. The location is superb, the reef is colourful and full of fish and is right in front of the hotel.
We had tears in our eyes when we had to leave.....

Love the atmosphere, staff are friendly and hospitable. Always willing to help when ever you need it. The food was delicious be prepared to go home a couple of kilos heavier lol 😆 facilities are nice. Easy to access the bula bus by purchasing an all day ticket at the shop. You can go to other resorts (which are all close together) the marina is a lovely place to visit, lots of cafes, restaurants etc. Kids club is a Must our kids loved it. Also they come and ask you at night to prepare your bed for bedtime which we found was a nice gesture. We loved the lil baby basket they had done for our 1 year old with lil mini essentials for her. Water activities is a must too very well organized but you must book in advanced coz they do get quite busy as well as a massage or facial at the spa facility too.

The management and staff are wonderful. New Years Eve party hosted by the Manager for the staff members was amazing and staff enjoyed themselves together with guests. The whole team is well looked after by management. Would like to make special mention that I had forgotten part of my luggage and the staff organised a courier and couriered the item to me by packaging nicely. Very friendly and nothing is too much of a ask.

As a fan of old, historical hotels, I really enjoyed my stay here. My spacious room had everything I needed—good mattress, shower; the TV even had Netflix and the WiFi worked fine. The grounds are lovely. Dinner isn’t from a menu, but tell them earlier in the day what you want. I had fish, which was delicious. The best part of staying here was the super friendly and genuinely kind staff. They couldn’t have been nicer.
