Tout a été aménagé avec goût, une dormi tranquille à 2min à pied de la ville trépidante de Jaipur. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et le dernier soir nous avons mangé sur place. Nourriture fraîche, bien préparée et épicées un vrai délice. Une ambiance chaleureuse et tout se suite on s’est senti à la maison. Tout a été parfait et mille merci pour cette jolie attention au moment du départ. Un endroit tant particulier que nous avons qu’une seule envie revenir ! L’établissement Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport se trouve à Mumbai, à 4,4 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Centre commercial Phoenix Marketcity. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour explorer Mumbai, une ville tentaculaire. À deux pas d’une station de métro, il nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement vers les sites essentiels grâce au métro, au train et aux taxis. Un vrai atout pour un séjour fluide et pratique. Mais au-delà de sa situation, cet hôtel a été une véritable bouffée d’air après notre périple en Inde. Le petit-déjeuner, copieux et de grande qualité, était essentiel pour bien terminer notre voyage. Le personnel a su allier professionnalisme et bienveillance sans jamais être dans l’excès. J’ai particulièrement apprécié leur patience et leur attention, notamment face à mon anglais maladroit et mon accent français. Je n’ai jamais eu l’impression d’être une cliente de seconde zone, bien au contraire : ils ont toujours fait l’effort de me comprendre, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Et ce qui m’a particulièrement marquée, c’est qu’en rentrant d’une journée d’escapade avec mon mari, j’ai découvert dans notre chambre une carte et un gâteau avec inscrit « Joyeux anniversaire ». Je n’avais pourtant rien mentionné, pas plus que mon compagnon. Ce genre de délicatesse, cette attention aux détails sans qu’on ait besoin de demander, c’est ce qui distingue un excellent hôtel d’un simple hébergement. Ici, non seulement tout est parfaitement organisé, de l’emplacement aux prestations, mais on y ressent une véritable considération pour les clients. Un séjour en beauté, à tous points de vue.

Personnel très accueillant. Très grande chambre, bien décorée avec tous les équipements nécessaires, une agréable terrasse avec vue sur la vallée. Piscine à débordement avec vue à couper le souffle. Buffet du petit déjeuner extrêmement varié et délicieux.

A special thank you to Mr. Newton, the in-house historian, who spent two hours personally walking me through the rich legacy of the palace. Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. Thank you to everyone at the Taj Mahal Palace for creating memories I will cherish forever. I can’t wait to return.

The interior and architecture was exceptional. Really beautiful and historical. Front office staff Mr.Bidyut and his team were very helpful and pleasant. In room dining and quality of food is 5 stars. Complimentary Auto ride is provided to dine at their sister hotel as well- Peacock Restaurant with live Tabla and Sittar performance, roof top, under the stars. Their food and cocktails were very unique and professionally crafted with excellent service. Overall a “must stay” holiday place in Jaipur. My daughter had a lovely welcoming birthday message with a note and flower petals deco in the room. Bedding was very clean and comfortable.
