The cleanliness exceeded my expectations — everything was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their outstanding service, particularly Ms. Joud. She was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally efficient, managing our check-in swiftly even with the hotel being very busy. Her assistance truly set the tone for a wonderful stay, and I’m grateful for the positive start she provided. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will undoubtedly choose this hotel again in the future.

BRATUS is the place to stay in Aqaba. This was my second stay at the hotel - and I've already booked the third. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the beds are super comfy. Breakfasts are good, and there's an incredible Italian restaurant downstairs for any other meals. But still, the best thing about the hotel is the staff - everyone is extremely nice and helpful :) Looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve traveled around the world and stayed in many hotels, but this one truly stood out — especially for a 3-star hotel. What was extraordinary was the cleanness. From the moment you walk in until you leave, everything is spotless — absolutely pristine. The cleanliness here surpasses even what I’ve experienced in some 4-star and even 5-star hotels in other countries. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, hospitable, and professional. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. They even offered a welcoming drink at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. The furniture was modern, clean, and well-maintained — everything looked new and cared for. The air conditioning was new and worked perfectly, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Another plus: free parking and a complimentary mini bar (we didn’t use it, but it’s a generous gesture). These small things add up to a big difference. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. For a 3-star rating, they offer 4-star (and at times even 5-star) quality in terms of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Truly a wonderful experience!
