The staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The restaurant was out of this world- delicious Italian! Paying for thr breakfast is worth it! So many options!!!!

It's close to the main shopping street. The staff is very friendly and always tried to help when we walked by the reception. There is a small chill out area at the lobby and also a hangout room next to the lobby. Surprisingly there's also a gym!

Perfect and great in every sense, especially the staff!. We can't thank enough the staff during our stay. My wife got sick and needed to go to hospital. The staff were with us through it all. We could communicate in English fluently with all the staff present and one of the staff even came all the way with us to the hospital to serve as a translator since it was a Sunday and we couldn't find a hospital with a translator. To all the staff at Kabin Kyoto we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! God bless you!

Featuring 4-star accommodations, Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda - 2023-10-17 Grand Opening is located in Tokyo, 2.1 mi from Miwa Itsukushima Shrine and 2.3 mi from Omori Hachiman Shrine. Loved the staff !!! Special mention for Ms. Kobayashi as she was especially helpful. Had a wonderful stay, wonderful location right next to the monorail so seamless connectivity to Tokyo city. The hotel is located within the Haneda Innovation Center, it has 2 wonderful restaurants within 50m of the hotel, within the HIC complex. Great place to stay.
