Staff were very friendly and helpful and were well trained in hospitality. We especially want to thank our personal concierge who did a great effort in arranging our transport & searching for day trip activities. In the restaurant Ms. Akmaral stood out for us and did a fantastic job. Room was superb, very large and extremely comfortable bed. There were also other nice facilities such as a gym & swimming pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was one of the best for us so far (in Kazachstan & beyond!).
