Le personnel de l’accueil est très sympa !! La piscine est froide mais agréable Il y a des petits travaux à côté mais qui vont bientôt se terminer, ça ne nous a pas du tout dérangé car c’était quand même silencieux dans la chambre. Nous avons dû un peu travailler et le wifi était bon !

The kids loved the balcony and they enjoyed looking at the people and cars passing by on the street. This hotel is very close to all the main attractions in the area and everything is at a walking distance. The breakfast was simple, tasty and there were good amount of options. The staff are very helpful and they speak English well. We had a great time at this hotel. We didn't get around to using the pool, but we sat next to it during our stay and it appeared clean and well maintained. The rooms had adequate privacy, the bathroom was well stocked and the room service attendants were very nice and helpful.

The front desk team was especially outstanding – both the night and day shift staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Chris and T, who were always friendly, attentive, and ready with great local tips and assistance whenever we needed it. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. But what really sets it apart is the rooftop – don’t miss sunset up there! It’s easily one of the best views in the city – stunning panoramic sights of the mountains and river that are truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!
